Meta integration deletion instructions

Remove Relay from Meta

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  2. Open Business integrations and select Relay.
  3. Choose Remove and confirm the removal.

Request deletion from Relay

Email jkhoury@excaliburinteractive.io from the address associated with your Relay account. Include the company name and state that you want the company's Meta integration data deleted. Relay will verify that the requester is authorized for the workspace before completing the request.

What is removed

The request removes the company's stored Meta connection, Page access tokens, Page and form mappings, and Meta lead event records. CRM contacts that the company already received remain company-controlled CRM records unless the authorized requester also asks for those records to be deleted, subject to records Relay must retain.
