Can I use Pro without a team?

Yes. Pro gives an individual more contacts, unlimited forms and pipelines, external lead integrations, lead routing, and source reporting. Team features become useful when you add more seats.

How does pooled contact capacity work?

Each paid seat adds contact capacity to the shared workspace. Four Pro seats provide 20,000 pooled contacts, while four Max seats provide 100,000.

Can I add contacts without buying another seat?

Yes. Any paid workspace can add 5,000 pooled contacts for $10 per month without purchasing another user seat.

Is Max available?

Yes. Max is available monthly or annually and includes connected email, sequences, automation, custom roles, and advanced reporting.

Is Relay Payments included in these plans?

Relay Payments is an optional $20 per workspace monthly add-on available with Free, Pro, or Max. Merchant processing fees also apply.
